There is a song on the Signing Time dvd Family, Feelings & Fun that the 3 of us have come to love. It is all about having a family - a "family full of people who love me and take care of me." What a precious gift a family really is! We hope you enjoy a few glimpses of our family.

There are so many things that the LORD has taught us so far through Abby - so many things that we see so much more clearly now. We know that there are so many more things for us to learn, and we wait expectantly with great JOY!

May 18,2009 Talked with AWAA Social Worker to get an addendum for our home study
May 12, 2009 AWAA Submitted Our Electronic Acceptance (EA) to China
May 11, 2009 Requested, Reviewed, & Locked 5th Shared Referral
May 9, 2009 Requested & Reviewed 4th Shared Referral
May 6, 2009 Received 3rd Shared Referral
April 22, 2009 Completed the New AWAA Waiting Child Application Process
March 26, 2009 Received 2nd Shared Referral

March 24,2007 Decided to partner with America World
March 2007 More In-Depth Research...attended 3 different informational meetings with 3 different adoption agencies...told family about our decision to begin the adoption journey...setup a savings account for adoption expenses
February 2007 Worked through a Bible study together that was all about God's perspective of adoption...He opened our hearts and minds to move forward NOW
Decmeber 2006 Prayed more intensely...bought books and began learning about the process
